Setup guides, troubleshooting and answers about the app, alerts, sharing and OutageSensor Pro are on the OutageSensor help center. To delete your data, open the app's settings or contact us.

Shipping & returns

We offer free shipping on every order to any address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders usually ship within a few business days, and you'll get your receipt by email when you order.

Not happy with your device? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. To start a return, email or call us with your order details.

1-year warranty

If your device stops working because of a defect within 1 year of delivery, we'll replace it free of charge, including shipping. Contact us to request a replacement.
